Having just completed my A Levels in 2017 and left school, I have the insight and first-hand experience of a student undertaking the new linear reforms of A Levels.

With regards to the fact that I’ve taught some of peers some conceptually difficult concepts, I believe that I will be able to identify and bridge gaps in a student’s learning.

As all of the changes to the A Level and GCSE Biology and Chemistry syllabuses require a more applicative approach compared to the old syllabuses (which required more knowledge recall), I will encourage students (whilst I am teaching/explaining) to think of what an examiner may prefer as an answer and what a practical approach would be.

For Biology and Chemistry, I can teach from KS3-KS5 (GCSE to A Level).
